Living with Spirit: My Life as an Intuitive Medium

Can you describe your journey as an intuitive medium and how you differentiate yourself in providing spiritual guidance and support?

Hi, my name is Fenn AKA the Fire! I am excited to tell you all about my Spiritual journey. I am a natural born Intuitive Medium and I can access my inner magic in a multitude of ways. My absolute passion is supporting and teaching others to ignite their inner powers as we all have them, they are just forgotten. I facilitate this via my workshops, online programmes, Retreats, events, and e-courses.

What sets me apart from others is my ability to challenge myself on all levels and deliver the best accurate service possible. Nothing is off limits! I give 110% in all aspects of my work, and I care about my clients wholeheartedly. I have supported thousands of people all over the globe, and they return to me repeatedly, with many becoming friends. I am super positive and wake up every morning with fire in my belly, wondering what I can do next to help more people in the most impactful way.

Discovering My Intuitive Gifts

How did you learn to accept and use your intuitive abilities despite being scared and unsure about them?

This hasn’t always been the case, as although I was born intuitive, I used to try and block it out as I had no idea what was going on with me or why I was different from my friends. At that time, there was no internet, no courses, and this kind of thing was very taboo. My friends luckily accepted me and just called me a good witch! When I visited friends’ houses, strange things would happen. Their music players would play on their own, the volume button would go up and down on its own, and furniture would even jump off the floor!

At home, it was crazy too! Lights would flicker, bulbs would fall out, items would move themselves or completely disappear, and I strongly attracted spirit and recall taking my bedroom door off my room as I never felt alone. Spirit faces in photos, my quilt moving whilst I was in bed, too many to mention! Through my teens, I tried to block it out as it was scary because I didn’t know how to control it. I was scared that if I gave in to it, I would be opening a can of worms and have spirits waking me up in the night, pulling my bed covers off me, but of course, it wasn’t like that!

Building My Mediumship Business and Helping Others

How did your personal experiences lead you to embrace mediumship and focus on providing spiritual guidance?

As I got to my 30’s, I finally found a development group and found people just like me. My abilities were already there, and the group just gave me the confidence to put myself out there and embrace my power. I started my own business and I have never looked back. I started giving 1-1 readings and these were going well. I loved how my guides would channel so much information through me, and my clients were blown away. I would predict pregnancies, future partners, new jobs, house moves, and so many things, and my clients would come back over and over, telling me that I was spot on, and all these things had come to fruition. What was very important to me was that my clients left me feeling positive, uplifted, and with clear direction. Readings are for direction, clarity, and comfort, and they can really help people in all aspects of their lives.

A few years into my business, a friend of mine was sadly killed in a road traffic accident, and this catapulted me full steam ahead into mediumship as he started to contact me before his funeral, telling me details such as what song would be played at the funeral, what he was wearing in the coffin, and he would send direct messages through me to his girlfriend. When I asked him for absolute proof, he gave it to me every time. I am forever thankful for his teaching from the other side. Now, because of him, I can help people connect with their loved ones in spirit and bring them messages, evidence, and comfort.

During Mediumship, I can become very animated! At times, I will take on the spirit’s mannerisms and will repeat their words just as they deliver them. My clients are often in stitches of laughter through the tears. But I must be true to myself and not sugarcoat anything. My sessions are always “to the point” with no airy-fairy nonsense or me repeating the same information. My sessions are only 30 minutes, as I cram a lot in and just give direct information, so I am not wasting the clients’ time or money.

Supporting Spiritual Journeys and Personal Growth

How do you assist others in their spiritual journey, and what advice do you offer to those discovering their own intuitive abilities?

My journey progressed to creating Mind Body Soul events, wellbeing Festivals, Workshops, Courses, My own spiritual app, and more recently Retreats. I also trained in Past life regression, Manifestation, and became a Master of Egyptian Seichem, which in my experience is one of the most powerful healing modalities on the planet. I now teach this amazing healing to others at all-inclusive retreats. I absolutely LOVE empowering women to tap into their own intuition and support them in progressing their spiritual journey, as well as stepping into their power and self-worth to become the best version of themselves and create the life that they have always dreamt of.

In all honesty, my inspiration comes from books that I have read, and I do not really have a role model. The best advice I can give anyone who wants to tap into their own abilities is to find a good mentor. Preferably by word of mouth, good reviews, and most importantly one that you feel connected to and are fully supported by. I have so many stories to tell during my career, from beautiful ones to crazy ones! One that comes to mind is the lady that came to me in her 40s, and she was getting married at the end of the year. I told her that she would have a baby that would be a few weeks old at the wedding. I recall her asking me how she would fit into her wedding dress if this was the case, and I told her not to worry; she just will. A couple of years later, her sister came back to me and told me that her sister had walked away from the reading thinking I was crazy as it all sounded a bit farfetched. However, she had established she was pregnant just after the reading, her baby was a few weeks old at the wedding, and yes, she fitted into her wedding dress! Her sister reminded her of the reading.

I have found that when you work in the right way and always protect yourself, this is a very positive experience. If you go to an intuitive and they are quite negative, telling you negative things, then they are working in the wrong way. The tips I give my students are to believe in themselves, to trust the information they receive, and just go with it. To practice meditation and awareness practices, as this really enhances their senses. To always ground themselves and protect their energy.

It is also important to know that it’s okay to use tools such as tarot, but you do not actually need any tools as you are working with a person’s energy, and that is why it works face to face, over the phone, email, and even texts. We all have spirit guides, and we are born with a foolproof intuition system. Guides work with us in a variety of ways, and my team of 4 personally show me pictures and put thoughts and feelings to me. Other people may receive symbols. During readings, I will always explain to my client that no matter what information comes through, they will always have their own free will to make their own choices and alter outcomes by their actions.

Future of Spirituality

What do you foresee in the future of spirituality and holistic practices, based on your experiences and insights?

Going forward, I believe we are having a huge awakening, and so many people are going to start waking up and realizing what they are capable of. There will be a huge shift worldwide, and spirituality will be brought more into the mainstream and become the new normal, along with alternative holistic medicines and practices. I have studied, practiced, and researched over the last 15 years. I have worked with TV, top publications, and won awards. For me, death is not the end, it is just part of the process. Source (heaven as some call it) is where we originate, and we choose to come to earth to live the human experience with tasks and assignments to pass. Many of us then go on to other lives and often have 100s of past lives as we are forever evolving. Right now, right here in this moment, we are spiritual beings having a human experience and not the other way around. We are our soul; the body is just a vessel to aid us to navigate this experience.
